The use of this application („Bot“) in a server requires the collection of some specific user data („Data“). The Data collected includes, but is not limited to Discord user ID values. Use of the Bot is considered an agreement to the terms of this Policy.
Access to Data
Access to Data is only permitted to Bot’s developers, and only in the scope required for the development, testing, and implementation of features for Bot. Data is not sold, provided to, or shared with any third party, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement. You can view the data upon request from [email protected]
Storage of Data
Data ist storaged on a Strato-Server in Germany Frankfurt. The highest data protection precautions apply in Germany. The data is not shared with third parties by the administrator or hoster. Andyssimo stores only the ID of the users, which are publicly accessible anyway. All changes to the bot are and also to the privacy policy are withheld.
User Rights
The user has the right to request the deletion of the data at any time. Please make a corresponding request at the e-mail [email protected] with the subject „Data deletion“.
Underaged User
It is not allowed to use the bot under the age of 13. This regulation is subject to Discord’s Private Policy. Andyproject cannot be held liable for any violations and any resulting damages. All violations will be forwarded to Discord.
